1. The machine tool must be well grounded and the wire shall not be less than 4mm2 copper wire.It is not allowed to access the power supply voltage beyond the specified range, can not live plug-in, can not use the trillion-eu-euro meter test control loop, otherwise it may be damaged.

2. When plugging and pulling out the plug-in, the wire or cable cannot be pulled to prevent welding and pulling out.

3. The proximity switch and encoder cannot be hit with hard objects.

4. Display not cannot display unit with sharp objects.

5. The electrical box must be placed in the ventilation place without working in dust and corrosive gases.

6. Do not install or change the pc input and output terminal without permission.

7. Re-confirm the motor steering when changing the power supply of the machine tool.

8. It should be kept clean, and special attention should be paid to no foreign bodies in the sliding grooves such as clamped blocks and sliders.

9. Add lubricating oil to the chain and other sliding parts regularly.

10. The power supply must be disconnected during cleaning and maintenance.

11. Preparation before driving: check whether the oil level of the oil tank is to the oil level line, each refueling, confirm the motor steering, check the oil pump for abnormal sound, and check the hydraulic system for oil leakage after starting up (the Angle encoder is not allowed for refueling);

12. Pressure adjustment: adjust the pressure with the electromagnetic overflow valve to ensure that the system pressure reaches the required working pressure, generally not higher than 12.5mpa.

13. Mold adjustment: the mold is set to the center with the clamp block, and the clamp block can be adjusted by the bolt; the booster block is set to the center with the mold, and tighten the bolt after adjusting the center.
